Susan Jewell is a wildlife biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in Washington, D.C. She spent twelve years studying wildlife in the Everglades and Florida Keys with the Fish and Wildlife Service, the National Park Service, and the National Audubon Society.
